Here at Von Lise Brand we’re making every effort to deliver exceptional customer service to you. In return our expectation is that you, the client, will make every effort to keep your scheduled appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment time without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that slot, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. While we understand that circumstances may arise that will require a possible cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, the following policies are in place to ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients as efficiently and effective as possible given the limited amount of available appointments per week.
CANCELLATIONS
Von Lise Brand does not refund any canceled appointments. A non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking your appointment. Once you create your account on the website www.vonlisebrand.com you will be able to reschedule your appointment for up to an hour before your appointment time. The online booking service will not allow you to cancel your appointment; only reschedule. In the event of a client who wants to cancel a last-minute appointment, the client will be charged 100% of the missed service. Two consecutive last-minute cancellations will cause a client to lose their online scheduling privileges and we reserve the right to refuse future services to the client.
Any last-minute emergency call will be considerably and conveniently rescheduled to a better time for the client.
NO SHOWS
Failure to completely show up for a scheduled appointment, or without first contacting us by way of telephone, the client will be charged for the full price of the missed service. If by someway the client refuses payment, or blocks their payment, then the client will have an owed balance for future bookings. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse future services to any clients for failure to pay or to show up for an appointment without the courtesy of an advanced notification.
LATE ARRIVALS
To ensure that we deliver the best possible haircut, shave and customer service to our clients, we have allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Arriving on time for your scheduled service(s) ensures the proper time necessary for us to comfortably complete your services. We regretfully cannot satisfactorily complete any service if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, and we reserve the right to decline any service to a client who is 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Von Lise Brand policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
